IT Managed Services: Full Support of all systems located at you're Current offices. ITNS will monitor and manage all laptops, PCs, routers, printers and wireless devices. ITNS will also supply and monitor your PCs for spyware and viruses. IT Manage Services include Virus and spyware protection for all PCs and servers. The customer will receive unlimited phone support and unlimited site support for issues that cannot be fixed over the phone. ITNS will also oversee your backups for disaster recovery purposes. All IT Managed Service contracts will require IT Network Solutions Group to do a full sweep and on-site evaluation of all systems. ITNS will install virus software, clean spyware and fix any outstanding issues. Customer requested PC moves add or changes would be serviced as part of your 2 hours monthly on-site service. Any moves that require more than 2 hours of on-site work in a given month would be billed out at $65 per hour. Customers can carry over unused given hours for a maximum of 12 months. Customers will not be billed for travel at any time.

What is not covered:

1. Installation of new equipment that exceeds the available given carry over hours.
2. Replacement or addition of any hardware or parts.
3. Equipment or services needed for equipment that has been vandalized or damaged from improper use.
4. Acts of God resulting in damaged equipment.
