ITNS will monitor and manage all laptops, PCs, routers, printers and wireless devices. ITNS will also monitor you PCs for spyware and viruses. IT Manage Services includes Virus and spyware protection for all PCs and servers. The customer will receive unlimited phone support. IT Network Solutions Group will do a full sweep and on-site evaluation of all systems. ITNS will install virus software, clean spyware and fix any outstanding issues. Any systems that cannot be repaired remotely the customer will be billed at a rate of $65 per hour plus travel time. Any technology adds, move or changes will also apply to the discounted billing rate.

What is not covered:

1. Any on-site work.
2. Replacement or addition of any hardware or parts.
3. Equipment or services needed for equipment that has been vandalized or damaged from improper use.
4. Acts of God resulting in damaged equipment.
